Rugby League Club Hull FC Bolsters Roster with Significant Signings
In a flurry of activity in the transfer market, Hull FC has completed the additions of Ben Reynolds, Tiaki Chan, and Yusuf Aydin to their roster. The Black and Whites are also on the verge of finalizing the signing of Zak Hardaker from Leigh Leopards. With this influx of new players, the club is expected to see some departures to manage the salary cap.
As part of the deal to bring Aydin to the MKM stadium on a two-and-a-half-year contract, Jack Brown has moved to cross-town rivals Hull KR. Now, Hull FC has announced the loan departure of another recent arrival, young winger Liam Tindall.
Tindall, who joined Hull FC from Leeds Rhinos in the off-season, has been sent on an initial one-month loan to the Bradford Bulls. The 21-year-old made his Leeds debut in 2020 but struggled to cement a regular place in the team. A thumb injury during the pre-season period meant Tindall missed the early part of the current campaign and has not featured prominently for Hull FC since returning to full fitness.
“Tindall’s pace, energy, and ability to add quality to the Bulls’ backfield.”
- Eamonn O’Carroll, Bradford head coach
Bradford head coach Eamonn O’Carroll expressed his excitement about Tindall’s arrival, highlighting the winger’s pace, energy, and ability to add quality to the Bulls’ backfield. O’Carroll also noted that Tindall’s previous experience on dual registration with Bradford during his Leeds days should help him settle quickly back at Odsal.
Currently sitting fifth in the Championship table, Bradford will host the high-flying Sheffield Eagles this weekend, with Tindall set to bolster their squad.
