“I would firstly like to thank Paul, Kurt, Krisnan and all the staff behind the scenes for their efforts in developing me as a player, I’ve really enjoyed my time with them. I would also like to thank the lads I’ve played with over the past 2 years they’ve been class, I’ve made some friends for life.”
The loose forward’s new head coach, Steve McNamara, praised the signing, describing Partington as “a superb signing for the club” who “brings a lot of aggressiveness” and combines his “physical attributes with his agility with the ball.”
As the Salford Red Devils prepare for the upcoming season, they will hope to find a suitable replacement for the departing Partington, who has established himself as a key player in the team’s lineup.
