Rugby League Squads Shaped Up for the Remainder of 2024 Season
With the Super League transfer window now closed, it’s time to take a close look at how each club’s first-team squad shapes up for the rest of the 2024 season.
The Castleford Tigers, led by head coach Craig Lingard, will have a roster featuring experienced campaigners like Luke Hooley, Jacob Miller, and Liam Watts, as well as promising youngsters like Innes Senior and Cain Robb. Meanwhile, the Catalans Dragons under Steve McNamara can call upon the likes of Arthur Mourgue, Theo Fages, and the on-loan Jordan Abdull.
Interim Huddersfield Giants boss Luke Robinson has a squad packed with quality, including Jake Connor, Tui Lolohea, and Chris Hill. Over at Hull FC, Simon Grix will be able to select from a mix of seasoned pros like Danny Houghton and emerging talents such as Denive Balmforth.

Paul Rowley’s Salford Red Devils have a strong core of Ryan Brierley, Marc Sneyd, and Kallum Watkins, while Paul Wellens’ St Helens side can call upon the services of Jack Welsby, Jonny Lomax, and Alex Walmsley.
Finally, Sam Burgess’ Warrington Wolves have the firepower of Matt Dufty, George Williams, and Ben Currie at their disposal, and Matt Peet’s Wigan Warriors can rely on the talents of Jai Field, Bevan French, and Liam Farrell.
