3 Clubs Have Open Spots as Super League Quota Spots Filled
With a quarter of the Super League season completed, several clubs have already filled their overseas quota spots for the 2024 campaign. Three teams, however, still have space available if they wish to bring in additional international talent.
Castleford Tigers and Catalans Dragons Fill Quota
Castleford Tigers have a full contingent of seven overseas players, including recent recruit Tex Hoy and a trio of signings from Lebanon and Papua New Guinea. 2023 Grand Finalists Catalans Dragons have also used up their quota, adding NRL stars Tariq Sims, Jayden Nikorima and Bayley Sironen to their roster.
Huddersfield Giants and Hull FC Roster Updates
Huddersfield Giants have rounded out their overseas lineup with the additions of forwards Jack Murchie and Adam Clune from the NRL. In contrast, Hull FC currently have two vacant quota spots following the departures of Tex Hoy and Fa’amanu Brown.
Overseas Signings for Other Super League Clubs
Hull KR have utilized all seven of their overseas positions, bringing in Peta Hiku, Tyrone May, Jai Whitbread and Kelepi Tanginoa. Leeds Rhinos have also filled their quota, recruiting the likes of Lachlan Miller, Matt Frawley and Paul Momirovski from Australia.

London Broncos, however, still have one spot left in their quota should they wish to bolster their squad further. Salford Red Devils rounded out their quota by signing David Nofoaluma, joining Nene Macdonald and Cade Cust as the club’s overseas players.
Reigning champions St Helens have also utilized all seven spots, including the addition of Fiji international Waqa Blake. Warrington Wolves have six of their seven quota places filled, leaving one spot open, while Wigan Warriors have used up their full allocation of overseas players.
