Kylie Leuluai, the Six-time Super League Champion, Selects His Ultimate Leeds Rhinos Team

Auckland native Kylie Leuluai joined Leeds Rhinos in 2007 after amassing 79 first-grade appearances in Australia, including 57 with the Manly Sea Eagles. Over the next nine seasons, the five-time Samoa international would go on to win two World Club Challenges, two Challenge Cups, and six Super League titles with the Rhinos, featuring 265 times.

Leuluai’s illustrious career also included three games for The Exiles and two for the New Zealand Māori. He hung up his boots in 2015 after helping Leeds secure the treble – winning the Challenge Cup and the League Leaders’ Shield, before featuring in the Super League Grand Final triumph over Wigan Warriors.

Now the Head of Rugby Operations at Warrington Wolves, the 46-year-old Leuluai, the most successful overseas player in Super League history, has selected his ultimate Leeds Rhinos team, comprising the best 1-13 players he had the pleasure of playing alongside during his time at Headingley.
