Rugby League Talent Pipeline Strengthens as Hull KR Sign PNG Prodigy
In a significant move for the sport, Hull KR have secured the services of one of Papua New Guinea’s most promising young talents, Junior Bini Kaeaka, on a five-year contract. This signing is part of Rovers’ ongoing partnership with the leading Kumuls club, Port Moresby Vipers, aimed at developing and nurturing rugby league talent from the Pacific nation.
Kaeaka, hailing from just outside the capital Port Moresby, will join the Rovers academy and continue his academic studies in England as he embarks on his journey towards becoming a professional rugby league player. The 18-year-old half-back is set to make history as the first PNG player to join the Robins’ academy system.
