Wigan Warriors Secure Clean Sweep with Challenge Cup Victory

Kruise Leeming, who joined the Warriors during the offseason, has played a pivotal role in their success this season. The talented player scored a try in Wigan’s World Club Challenge win over the Penrith Panthers and made an influential impact off the bench in yesterday’s triumph over Warrington, providing the necessary impetus and forward momentum after Warrington had made a strong start.
Leeming’s journey to Wigan has not been without its challenges. He departed the Leeds Rhinos and Super League under a cloud, following a difference of opinion with head coach Rohan Smith. He then spent a period in the NRL with the Gold Coast Titans before finding his way to the Warriors. Now, having lifted two trophies in his first few months at the club, Leeming is delighted to have joined such a successful organization.
