Sky Sports Announces Exclusive Super League TV Picks for Rounds 16-19
In a major announcement, Sky Sports has revealed its first TV selections for the upcoming Super League rounds 16 through 19. With the launch of their new streaming platform coinciding with the start of the football season, the broadcaster has secured exclusive coverage of seven out of the 12 Super League clubs during this crucial stretch of the campaign.
As per the pre-season agreement, every single Super League game will be televised live this season. The new Sky Sports streaming platform will provide access to at least 20 live games per EFL club, complementing the existing Super League+ service that offers up to four matches per weekend.
The headline fixtures selected by Sky Sports include a tantalizing clash between fierce rivals Wigan Warriors and St Helens on July 12, with the broadcaster showcasing both the women’s and men’s encounters. Other notable picks include Leeds Rhinos vs. London Broncos, Warrington Wolves vs. Huddersfield Giants, and Huddersfield Giants vs. Leeds Rhinos.
